Ordering

By completing and submitting an electronic order form, you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. Please note orders will only be dispatched once we have authorisation from your payment card issuer. We will not be liable if there is a delay in your payment being authorised, and we will not accept your order if your payment is not authorised.

We do not have to accept your order, and for example, we will not accept your order if:

1. We do not have the goods you order in stock;

2. Your payment is not authorised;

3. There is an error on our website regarding the price or other details of the goods you order;

4. We reserve the right to refuse any order.



Returning goods

If you wish to return goods you have a duty to keep them in your possession and to take reasonable care of them until you return them. Please see the Contact Us page of our website for our method of contract and notify us that you would like to return your order. Goods must be returned in their original condition, including immediate packaging, to the address provided by us.

You will be liable for all costs associated with the return of your goods.

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.



Pricing and payment

All import taxes have been paid by us. Customers within in the EU will be liable to Irish European Value Added Tax of 21%. This will be display before you checkout and included in the total price. Packing and delivery costs will be added to the total price of your goods and also displayed before you checkout.

While we make every effort to ensure that the goods shown on our website are currently available at the price shown on the website, we cannot guarantee that this will always be the case. If goods you have ordered on-line are unavailable, you will be notified as soon as possible.

If a pricing error is made on our website or in the ordering process we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of buying the goods at the correct price or cancelling the order. Your order will be cancelled if we cannot get in contact with you to notify you of the error. Your payment card will be debited for your order on the day that we dispatch your goods.

Free gift offers are only valid while stocks last

Unwanted free gifts are not eligible for exchange or refund. Your legal rights remain unaffected.

Where an offer mentions that an item is reduced in price, e.g. half-price, the discount will be calculated at checkout before any postage or packaging charges are applied.



Customs duties and taxes

Import duties and/or taxes may be imposed by your local government on shipments from outside your country. If your are subject to import duty to your country, we will display this when you are purchasing an item, and include the import duty in the total price.



Delivery information

FREE delivery applies to specific items on our website. When viewing an item, you will be notified if that item is eligible for free delivery.

We reserve the right to change or discontinue FREE delivery at any time.



When will I receive my order?

We will email you as soon as your order has been dispatched. Normally you should receive your order within 2 to 4 working days after the date of that email notification.

Please note that you will need someone to sign and accept delivery of all deliveries via courier.



Faulty goods

The procedures, set out here, to return goods do not affect your statutory rights. If you receive faulty goods, please go to the Contact Us page of our website in order to notify us and describe your fault.



Exclusions

Please note certain goods cannot be returned unless we are at fault. These are personalised or engraved items.



Returning a gift

Refunds for gifts can only be made to the payment card used to purchase the goods. So if you buy a gift on-line, the recipient will not be able to get a cash refund if they want to return the goods. All refunds will only be made to the original payment card.
